Minor problems with new build

Ok, my new comp is in my sig, and there are a few problems:

-One 120mm fan that came with my Tsunami doesnt work, maybe there's a reason for that

-I only got 8000 points in 3dmark'03...

-CPU runs at around 45 C idle and 50 C load, just seemed a bit hot for me

-My ram is rated at 2-3-2-5, but at 2 there are errors, is it worth RMA'ing?
