Minor edit to Report Post note?

Currently the note for "Report Post" reads:

"Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts."

Some of us are quite literal minded and read precisely what is there, and when it is read that way the Report Post function is directed to be used ONLY for the five things specifically listed.
An "etc" would open that up to cover the rest of the rules.
