Minolta QMS 2300DL Toner Refilling anyone here do it with this laser printer?

I have researched on google a bit already and the prices on the toner refills are pretty high actually. Also they don't say how many times I can refill a high capacity 4,500 page toner cartridge or if I can just refill the low capacity cartridges instead of buying high capacity ones to do it. I read last month that you needed to already have high capacity ones to refill but I dont think that is true. I just need some reliable information. Tried asking questions from place I was going to buy from but they only answer like one question out of many repeatedly and dont have a phone number to call and ask! Annoying as hell like a tech support nightmare. thanks
