asian kid spots cop and runs. cop shoots the teen in the buttocks and he is taken down by the injury, cop decides to shoot him several more times in the chest...

so what, cops aren't supposed to shoot someone who isn't armed?

boy was already injured, why did the cop shoot him some more, instantly killing him?

first off, you don't run from a cop.
secondly, cops can't fire their weapon if you are not threatening with a weapon
thirdly, he was already injured

last but not least, will the cop receive punishment, should he?

p.s. cops follow police standards, they enforce civilian laws --- they don't make the rules to the game, or do they?
