Hi,

I am looking for a reasonable fast (Ryzen 5/7) MiniPC (for my customer).

Barebones version is fine.

It is just used for browsing, emails & youtube .

In my experience for example Asus PN52/53 series get too loud under load.

Beelink line of miniPC is really quiet and nice looking too. There are a lot of tests on YouTube and they really did a good job on the cooling department. Depending on needs, a AMD 8845H or a AI 365 would be some great, silent miniPC.

The SER8 with Hawk Point provides good future proofing for $500. Will do daily driver stuff without breaking a sweat, virtually guarantees future windows OS compatibility. Decodes everything including AV1.

For those pedestrian tasks you could get away with one of those sub $200 Intel N series, but I'd be concerned with it ending up on the struggle bus not too far down the road.
