Minimum Specs...

Hi.
When i see minimum specs on stuff, for example, it might say "CPU running at 2Ghz is recommended".
So would that mean 2 actual Ghz or a PR rating of 2000?
Im thinking the latter.

Just something thats bothered me for a while now.

The latter, although obviously the "speed ratings" may be faster or slower than an equivalent P4.

usually if reqs are 2Ghz CPU minimum a XP 2000+ would be the equivialent.
