Minimum Payment Question

if your minimum required payment is $0, and you forget to submitt a payment for the month, can they still charge you a late fee?

I haven't picked up my mail from my parents house in a couple weeks, because I wasn't expecting anything, but I finally opened it tonight and discovered that I still owe $7 and change to Dell for my laptop. the due date was today, though, and the financial services line is already closed.

it's going to suck something awful, though, if I have to pay a $30 late fee on my $7 balance 🙁

wouldn't you be paying the minimum monthly payment by default then? 😕

Yep technically you're late and two things will probably happen:

1) Late fee.
2) If you have any promotional APR offers, they might be cancelled.
