The best way to benchmark minmum framreate is to make sure to start up FRAPS just before the benchmarking procedure is initiated and enable fraps internal framerate logger. It'll dump the results to a text file. Pick out the lowest number from this test file to get the minimum framreate of the sequence.
Second of all, the way to make a graph of framerate over time would be to take that same TXT file, and plot the points into a spreadsheet and use that to graph it. It isn't a hard operation, i've done it before.
Hope the AT crew sees this, as this is currently the only way of efficently doing this.
