Minimum Board for H100 Liquid Cooling Setup?

Because the Corsair H100 features 2 x 120mm CPU fans the most demanding specification it places on the motherboard is the need for dual CPU fan connectors, correct? Of the ASRock motherboards, for example, the only Z77 products to carry that specification are the Extreme11, Extreme9, WS LGA 1155, OC Formula, and Extreme6/TB4. You wouldn't, for example, implement a Corsair H100 liquid cooling system on an Extreme4 motherboard?
