Minimize to tray/taskbar utility?

I need a free utility for win7 that will minimize a program window to the tray or taskbar when clicking on the close button.

The main app I'm need it for is mozilla's Thunderbird, where none of the addons are working properly for me on v17.

Close, thanks. I'd like to be able to click on the close button to minimize the window or send it to the tray.

That's the functionality I need, but it's not working on mine.

Maybe I need to downgrade to another version.

It's working now. I didn't select the necessary options under the Thunderbird tab and only toggled the Main tab. 😳😳

I just might do that. It's a minimal and common functionality in apps.
