Minimize to System Tray Utility

I am looking for a freeware/shareware program that will minimize applications to the system tray. I did a websearch on google, but only found buggy programs that didn't work properly (I.E. Outtasight which kept the applications icons in the tray after they were quit). I am also interested (but not neccesary) in an application which can roll-up windows to a toolbar (like on a mac). I look forward to your expert opinions!
