MiniDV cam to computer to DVD question

I bought this MiniDV:

And I want to take the video from this cam and put it on the computer to put it on the dvd. It would also be ncie to be able to create a menu to go to different parts. Is it complicated?

How can I put the video from the cam on a dvd?

Any advice would be muc appreciated.

I have a Sony DCR 22 cam. And I connect mine through firewire to my computer. I have Adobe Premier (I'm sure there are other programs) set to download the video of the cam. and I can edit it and adjust it, when I'm finished I convert it to Mpg (May be able to skip that step with certain dvd authoring programs) and I can't remember the name of the program I used to burn it to a DVD and make the menus
