Minidisc and Mini CDR same physical size???

I'm looking for a case for my Mini CDRs, but they are few and far between. So I'm thinking a Minidisc case would probably work, but I don't know if the their are similar sizes? Any help?

maybe buy one of those gamecube game binders? those proprietary dvd's that nintendo uses are the same physical size as the mini cd-r's

I just measured the mini-cdr case, and it is about 3.8 x 3.25, so I guess a mini-disc case wouldn't hold these very well.
