mini water dispenser

I was wondering if anyone here has one of these and has a fan or whatever hooked up to it to keep it cool. Also do any of you people have any ideas how to keep it cool.

It probably has a peltier effect unit with a heatsink and fan.

Edit: I assume you're *not* talking about one of these.

Install one of those industrial air conditioners (the ones on the roof) in a 5x5 room. Put it on the max setting.
