I am kind of curious how you think anyone with legs could fit in those, or why they would use such ridiculously large wheels (must be harder to photoshop I guess), or why the various marques would even attempt making these?
 
dude look at the guy sitting in the carrera gt (?) in the 2nd to last pic. how can the man possibly fit his legs in the car?

To do the photoshop you just take the original image, copy out the wheels and driver, compress it horizontally, paste back in the original wheels and driver, then blend the seams.
