Mini Server

I want to build a mini server to use with Dynamic DNS and host ASP.NET / PHP. My first choice is a Mac Mini since it is small and low powered. I'd run 10.4 or 10.5 and Windows 2003 in a VM to do the server part. Are there any other choices as far as small servers? I don't want a full computer as they are power hungry.

take a look at via's mini-itx and nano-itx boards - very low power - many of those can run with a 2.5" HD on well under 100W
