mini rant: xbox live 360 support BLOWS!

I purchased through my 360 a new gold subscription. Card processed no issues. Try to purchase points for the market place and the SAME card will not process.

So I goto billing.microsoft.com verify everything is good there. The card on my account has status: GOOD

Goto zune.net and register with same live ID and gamertag. verify credit card info there is the same. Cannot process payment for points.

45 minutes on the phone verifying and reverifying and reverifying everything still they cannot figure out the problem? wTF!?>!???!?! EAT SH1T you fvcking incompetent asshats.

They put me on hold about 8 times. Gave me a case number. Put me on hold again. Got another service rep...and he told me there is nothing they can do about it!

I said can you delete my credit card info from my acct. NO. we can't do that. WTF??? Reset my goddamn billing info . No sorry can't do it. Has this happened before? No not really. So I'm shit out of luck? Yeah well you can try buying prepaid points from a store.....oh gee thanks. Bye.
 
I'd go to Xbox.com -> Select the "My Xbox" drop-down and pick "Manage Profile". Then update your billing/credit card info there.
