Mini Rant: Sears pricematching and return policies...

Long story short I bought a 32" tv at sears about 35 days ago, it was the cheapest place at the moment.

Well, its about $90 cheaper somewhere else today. I just called, and confirmed that I can still return the tv for a full refund, but can't get the pricematch because its been more than 30 days.

So they would rather get a return then do the pricematch, forcing me to box up the heavy thing, and buy another one from someplace else.

Bah. :thumbsdown:

Update: got the pricematch.... 🙂

just got back from sears after calling them again with Pliablemoose's suggestion. They said they would do the pricematch. 😉

Just got back with $87.98 more in my pocket.


btw, not a bad price on a 32" Sony Wega tv... at Circuit City for $539.99
