Mini PC from ali express

Has anyone bought a mini pc from ali express?

Any idea which is best out of these two - they seem to be the same product? Would fanless be more reliable than with a fan?

A techTablet video on youtube suggested you can buy Windows 10 on ebay for not much. Anyone know where to buy a genuine copy apart from MS?

Do yourself a favor and buy trusted hardware from a trusted brand and a trusted seller. Especially if reliability matters.

Yeah and only a 256 SSD in a system with 16GB of memory is rather a bit silly.🙄
