mini oc just multiplier and fsb

could I just slightly raise multiplier and fsb without going into voltages for 4.3 oc

There is no definite answer to your question. It's all about trial and error. A 200MHz OC seems feasible at stock voltage.

Go for it! Every chip is different. I wouldn't mess with FSB though, go multi only as much as possible.

Since your CPU has an unlocked multiplier, there is no reason to mess with the FSB. OCing through multiplier is much easier.
