mini oc just multiplier and fsb

could I just slightly raise multiplier and fsb without going into voltages for 4.3 oc
 
There is no definite answer to your question. It's all about trial and error. A 200MHz OC seems feasible at stock voltage.
 
Since your CPU has an unlocked multiplier, there is no reason to mess with the FSB. OCing through multiplier is much easier.
