Mini ITX Server MoB Choices

I'm looking to build a server. I want to go with a XEON E3-1265L v3. The server will be used for 1) recording video surveillance (Zoneminder) 2) as a file server (Samba) 3) occasional number cruncher (some custom java programs) 4) extra home computer. I plan to run 1 SSD (256GB 840 Pro for the OS/Ubuntu) and 4x2TB HDDs on RAID 10 (perhaps up to 4x4TB - depends on the price). I need support for "2xSATA 6Gb/s && 4xSATA 3Gb/s" _OR_ "6xSATA 6Gb/s". The HDDs can run at 3Gb/s. Video is not important as long as it can support 2560x1440. ECC RAM is important. This server might be rebooted once a month, and it will run long-running modeling calculations.

My problem is in selecting a motherboard. I really like the Mini ITX (17×17cm/6.7×6.7inches) size, but I can't find anything out there. I thought there would be lots of choose from.

What are the best options for a small form factor server mother board? Price, within reason, is not factor (I'm not paying 1,000USD for a motherboard).
