Mini-ITX mobo in an ATX case?

Well, I've read up a bit on it, and it seems like VIA's line of Mini-ITX mobo's should fit in a normal ATX case, but since I couldn't find any official word on it, I thought I'd make sure first.
The mobo Im thinking of is VIA's EPIA with an 800 MHz C3.

And yes I know the C3 is slow and all, but Im looking at this for two purposes.
For one thing, it's gonna be a cheap upgrade for a guy who's presently running a K62@400 MHz, and he's happy with the speed, but the system doesn't work to well in general(some incompabilities, and some stability issues).
And the second possible use would be for a future firewall upgrade for myself, where one of these would be perfect since they're small, cool, and quiet.

So, anyone running one of these things?

Hmm, for compatibility you might do better for your friend getting a used BX or socket370 bundle from AT FS/FT forum, anything at Celeron400 or faster. Or one of those dirt-cheap Duron bundles if the case has a good power supply.

For yourself it makes more sense for the quiet. The via should include the I/O shield for the back of the case so I don't see any problems, but like Mignon says sudhian.com (AKA viahardware.com) has a nice SFF / mini forum.
