This is about as cheap as a motherboard can get outside of a Micro Center combo (or Fry's combos BITD). This motherboard is likely functional albeit mediocre. Zotac doesn't have the best reputation in motherboards, so make sure yours work before cutting out the UPC for the rebate. Come to think of it, Zotac doesn't have the best reputation for rebates either. While they aren't known for outright losing or denying rebates, they often sit on them for months on end, until you ask them what's up and then the rebate payment magically shows up after they "look into it."
