Mini Ironic Breeze inside a computer?

Anyone done it has it been done?
Im thinking of doing it, slap it on me think of any idea why i can't? Think it might interfer with the system, i've been told its safe around comps, but i dunno about inside one.
In case ya never heard of it ionic breeze its like this thing that has 2 rods that stick up that are ionicly charged...it sucks up air totally silent, and the rods grab onto dust, hair or whatever small particle.
If i can mount the rods in the front brezel, sucking in new air into the case, asisted by a low RMP fan that sits 45 degree angle in the middle of the case pointed towards GFX and CPU, would work out pretty sweet like.
So whatcha think or am i just smokin too much pot?

Hm... I think it is different approach... Question is, how effective is this? What I mean is, how much of air does it move? It sure is going to make the computer quiter... Not mine though, PEP66 is the loudest fan and others, I can barely hear them.
But it is one thing to think about... Where can I get information about it?

Turn on the TV late at night...there infomertials like on every channel
It really doesn't move much air, but as it is right now my comp is set up with just the middle fan i was talking about, with nothing infront (middle fan actully sucks air from the front jsut from a distance)
Heres the website

Well, I don't have TV... Poor me... I decided to go with DSL instead of TV...
Anyway, what I meant was how are you going to make this? Is there any hardware information?

Very interesting idea. I've been thinking of getting one and trying it out just because hepa filters are a bitch to replace (My allergies have gotten to point where I actually cannot go to school). This would be a cool use for them, though. If you got the fans you have pointing towards it, you might be able to get good control of the hot air at least, to try and get it so it won't just circulate around the case (being a small but constant airflow, it seems like this would be the only real application of it). How about you try it, and see how it works? I live in the middle of georgia, and usually have to underclock my CPU and vid card during the summer, even with AC on full blast (an east window and dark floor likely don't help), so any good circulation methods, such as this, if it works out, would be cool as hell, IMHO.

Well my main idea for this was to catch dust instead of using a Foam/Alluimum mesh filter, though i was thinking maybe you could electricly charge the mesh filter, dust would catch onto stuff that has static to it, i have the tall ionic breeze in my house and it catches all kinds of stuff. It wouldn't clog up so fast as a filter would. Also getting rid of my mesh filter would increase airflow passage, and having this ionic breeze up in the mix, pushing air in with no added noise is gonna be sweeeet.
