Mini CMS to use on custom site? Any suggestions.

Hello,
I have a site I am building from scratch using HTML and CSS. I have used CMS's like Drupal and Joomla, but I am not familiar with creating scripts and databased by hand. I like Drupal but I want to be able to craft the site from that ground up, and drupal provides too much.

I would like to code the site and then pop in some code that will tie into some script/database elements that will allow:

1. A client to login (like mysite.com/admin)
2. Create new pages (using the handcoded site I create)
3. Create new content (in some TinyMCE like text box)
4. Upload and place images

I assume there are scripts out there that can help me but I am not sure where to look or what they may be called. I guess what I am looking for is a Mini-CMS like script that I can plug into an existing site, if that make sense... Can this be done and can you point me in the right direction. Thank you very much.
 
I know of those sites, but I am not even sure what the scripts I am looking for are called... Do you have any ideas?
