My girlfriend just got a new HP laptop (this one, via the deal at SD: http://www.hp.com/united-states/campaigns/thinandlight/dm3.html) and it doesn't, for some annoying reason, come with BT.

She wants to use a wireless mouse, so I was wondering what's the best super small (i.e. plugged in all the time) BT dongle to use. Preferably one without an annoying blue light! And one that works with Windows 7. She doesn't really do syncing or anything with her Blackberry via BT, but she might in the future. And she might use skype too, but certainly doesn't need to right now. So, pretty much just something that'll work for a mouse and is as unobtrusive as possible (the thing's got 4 USB ports, so taking up one isn't going to be a big deal).

Thanks

Yeah, I'm starting to think this thing might actually come with BT. I'll have to play around with it and see if it does.

So, after a little research, I think this thing has an Intel WiFi Link 5100AGN chipset for wireless. That doesn't include Bluetooth, and I don't think my g/f will let me crack open her brand new baby. So we're back to square one:

a well supported, unobtrusive bluetooth dongle for constant plug-in-ness.

Thanks!
