Mini Bass Shaker wiring question

I ordered 4 of these 8 ohm Dayton Audio Tactile Transducers (Mini Bass Shaker)s

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009RGJ47S

and this bass amp...

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002YUMY8

The output of this amp is:
15 watts RMS into 8 ohms @ 0.1% THD
25 watts RMS into 4 ohms @ 0.2% THD

Are these specs per channel?

If I wire two of the bass shakers in parallel to create a 4 ohm load, I could connect two of them to right channel and the other two the left channel, right?

It's a mono amp, so 15watts into an 8 ohm load, 25 into a 4 ohm load.
If you hook 2 up, they will get 12.5 watts each. You could theoretically hook all 4 up, but each would only get ~4 watts as the total impedance would be 8 ohms.

thanks...I guess seeing the the left/right speaker output threw me off, but I guess those are for connecting satellite speakers...

Yes, those are high level (speaker level) inputs and outputs to speakers. The wires for output come off the circuit board on the back since it's supposed to be mounted in a subwoofer/speaker enclosure.
