Minecraft Server Help

ok so i basically made a 1.4.7 bukkit server and added the plugins the only question i might need help on is for example" lets say i recruit people right now and i recruited a friend and he/she is in the dev team and i want them to help build edit or do landscaping and basically i am on my ip address with the bukkit server for example this is my ip address 234.23.2.3 and my friends are 565.34.1.6 how is he or she that doesnt have the plugins i have or anything help landscape my server without being over at my place with the same ip address how is he or she gonna be able to use worldedit plugin ????" is there a way that i can give him those files and help me through different ip address oh and another questions whats the differece between a bukkit server and a himachi i know that for you in order to play on the same server through himachi the other has to download and access the himachi ip but for someone that has bought minecraft and logs in can he or she access a bukkit server or no is there any way 🙂 ^_^

He/she doesn't have any plugins; how can she use my server/files without worldedit plugin? Is there a way that I can give him/her the server files and help me through a different IP address (makes no sense)?

Oh, and another question: what's the difference between a bukkit server and a hamachi server? I know for hamachi you need to download the client and access hamachi via hamachi IP, but for someone that has bought minecraft and logs in, he or she can access a bukkit server.... "or no is there any way 🙂 ^_^"

FTFY. First off, I doubt anyone here is going to give you hamachi support. Hamachi TYPICALLY means pirating (especially in the case of minecraft). As for the worldedit question: worldedit is a SERVER side mod. As long as the server is hosted at your home and your router ports are forwarded, your friend should be able to edit your map without downloading any addons.

oops, I was thinking mcedit in my response above, not worldedit. I removed my answer from above since it doesn't apply.
