Mimmick Windows 98 in Windows2000.. possible?

I'm trying to install Jane's FA/18, but Installshield detects that I'm running NT 4.0 (windows 2000), and won't let me continue install. Does anyone know how to change the windows version to say it's 98 instead of 2000?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
 
I've had problems like this before also... You might have to hex edit the installer or something... I have no idea how to do it but I'd also like an answer.
