Been keeping my eye on this one and right now Amazon has it for a good price. Free super saver shipping as well. I was also able to apply a $25 off $125 one time use coupon they sent me with their last tool crib catalog.

Lowe's regular price for this same model (6521-21) is $141.60

They have 20% off all power tools through 12/21, for a before tax price of $113.28.

 
That's the Seattle price for the 6537-22, a higher-end unit.

It has all the same features (orbital action, gear clutch, counterweighted drive, variable speed, quickloc chuck) as the 6521-21. I don't know what distinguishes the 2, except a 1 amp rating difference.
