A still-employed, millionaire banker got even luckier this weekend, when he found out he won the New York lottery's first $1 million a year scratch-off game.

"Is it going to materially change my life? No," he told The Post. "I have been a very blessed and fortunate person."

How's this work? He may a million per year now, but won't necessarily when he retires. Second, a million dollar jackpot isn't that much, Uncle Sam and NY are going to take ~60% of that before all is said and done.
