Well Dave, instead of wasting your time bitching, whining and complaining about how unfair it is that you are a "have not" instead of being a "have"...why don't you put that time into a more productive use and try to become a "have".
I am quite sure that if you put the same amount if energy into becoming someone successful as you do surfing and posting on the wet and develop the means to put more money in your pocket you may just end up being a happier person and a bit more positive.
I mean come on...you have average of 12 posts per day just here....god knows where else you meander to during the day.....I would think you could be a *bit* more productive than that.
I am not rich by any means but I am not complaining about it because I chose the path I am on...if I want more I will have to earn it....wtf is so hard to understand?
Easy to say and write when you are on other end of keyboard and you have no idea what I have been doing on this end.
I have been attacking the job loss just like a job. I am still up at 5am and have in the neighborhood of 20 applications in by 8 am.
I have been averaging at least three phone calls with companies directly and/or recruiters and about three phone interviews a week with hiring managers.
I have also gone on face to face interviews where required as well including 165 mile round trips to Tulsa and 90 mile round trips to Joplin Missiouri.
I have taken and passed the two hour assessment test for a new cellular carrier call center position. Interview with hiring manager is upcoming.
My posts per day are actually indicative of the amount of hours per day I normally put in.
Last job for example I was paid a straight flat rate for 40 hours.
Nevermind the fact that calls start coming in at 7am sharp and continue to 11 pm non-stop with sometimes 5 techs on the line at the same time.
Nevermind at least one or two conference calls a day that can take up to three hours each.
Nevermind the fact that any software pushes or maintenance work to be done occurs that night after midnight till 6am and the tech calls start again at 7am.
So before spouting off absolute total fcking false nonsense a simple common courtesy as a PM or question before judgment seems reasonable to me first.
