I did-virtually.

He's full of shit.

and you are "virtually" wrong.

I may be full of shit but you are always wrong.

I can go back and find my post and tell you what stores I called and you can call yourself to verify.

you're an idiot Dave. Even when you get proven dead wrong, all you can say is "I may be full of shit but you are always wrong"?

lol you poor little man. It's gotta suck to be you lol

They can say whatever they want over the phone.

Come here and make the purchase.

lol thats fucking awesome lol

Good grief, McCowen, you're still going on with this BS?

Tell you what - you buy a six dollar gallon of milk from a chain store. Scan the receipt and post it here, and I'll Paypal you the money.

This nonsense is getting flat-out ridiculous.

BTW, I paid $3.65 a gallon for skim milk the other night.

Dont hold youre breath. I've challenged him on two issues that if he proved I would paypal him 10 bucks. So far not even a response lol Even if he's offered to get payed to prove he's not a troll goes unanswered. Pretty funny. He's like a parody of himself :p

lol, typical dave. I highly doubt it's $6/gallon for milk in Tulsa.

It's probably not $6 in Tulsa. That's an hour and half southwest of me.

I'm closer to Joplin Missiouri which is 45 miles northeast of me.
You don't seem to be denying what he said, which is that stores in your area said they were selling milk at $3.50/gallon. What are they charging now for a gallon of the cheap stuff?

They can say whatever they want over the phone.

Come here and make the purchase.

Haha, yeah, they're going to lie so that he gets suckered in and then realizes he cannot leave without paying $6 for milk. Why would he visit your town to confirm this? Don't be silly.

You're becoming more delusional by the day.

I fear the same.

That's the point.

There is no "chain store" here.

The closest is 20 miles away to Grove to Walmart.

Blackbung was claiming it is not $6 + for the stores in my immediate vicinity which is within 7 miles.

Right, Dave, because the person quoting the price at the supermarket KNOWS they are just doing a price check, and purposely quotes a lower price.

You're becoming more delusional by the day.

Again. Nearest Supermarket is 20 miles away.

So you live on the side of a mountain? I hope you realize that the prices for things in some reserve or strip mine somewhere are not representative of anything relevant to the rest of us. I bet milk costs even more if you live in the north pole than $6/gallon.

I really hate to state the obvious but you do realize that when the price of fuel goes up the price of other consumables including milk also goes up....right?

If you really think about how much of a role that oil and gas play in this process you *may* understand why the price of milk has gone up in your area.

Living in BFE has it's downside. More expensive groceries is one of them. Paying for six dollar milk at your local gas station because you don't want to drive 20 minutes is stupid.

That's 40 miles round trip and a lot more than 20 minutes.

Drive that far and spend $6 in gas to save $2 on a gallon of milk?

Who is calling who stupid here?

You plan your shopping to collect everything in one shot.
The price of milk is less and probably a lot of other staples that you use.
Fuel may also be cheaper - top off the tanks while you are there.

Shop once or twice a month instead of on the spur of the moment.

That's what we have always done but now that have no money for gas or any quantity of food have to stay close and only get what can afford at the time.

I don't expect the rich people on here to understand.

That is exactly the ever growing rift between the haves and the have nots in this country.

and no the fuel prices are the same all around. It;s called price fixing and gouging but that is what you guys support anyway.

Well with your heroes voted into Congress you would think they would launch an investigation into this.

Not my heroes but maybe the Dems would if they had any real power but you know they don't right? Explain how they have enough in numbers to do anything.

Well Dave, instead of wasting your time bitching, whining and complaining about how unfair it is that you are a "have not" instead of being a "have"...why don't you put that time into a more productive use and try to become a "have".

I am quite sure that if you put the same amount if energy into becoming someone successful as you do surfing and posting on the wet and develop the means to put more money in your pocket you may just end up being a happier person and a bit more positive.

I mean come on...you have average of 12 posts per day just here....god knows where else you meander to during the day.....I would think you could be a *bit* more productive than that.

I am not rich by any means but I am not complaining about it because I chose the path I am on...if I want more I will have to earn it....wtf is so hard to understand?
