milk kills spill-proof keyboard

hi
i bought the kensington spill-proof keyboard after my kid drowned the last one
now after the milk bio hazard spill my shift keys dont work
i poped the caps off the tops and see a rubber cover , i can press it but doesn't work

suggestions welcome

btw - new rule ...........no chewing slurppy kids allowed on computer

Oh how about seeing if it has warranty or just buying a new one and maybe grounding you kid for doing it and making him pay for it lol J/K

This seems about right to me. Every Kensington product I've owned has been a big disappointment. I don't buy any of their products anymore.

My only suggestion would be to call them up and complain. If they actually call something spill-proof, then they should back that up with a warranty. Just my $.02.
