"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Seems heavy handed to some degree perhaps, but seems the Democrats won't lift a finger to help with this problem, so citizens have to take matters into their own hands. Just as the forefathers wanted.

I do hope we have immigration reform soon, we need our borders secured and a better process to get good people into our country.

At the end of the day they do not want to bow to you or anyone else, they want results. And if elections do not achieve results then they'll organize around the use of force., legal or illegal. Terrorism is easily born from the issue of illegal immigration.

If playing border patrol will not work, and these groups have to stop playing militia, then I suspect some of them will step into the shadows and begin assassinations.

Their country is safe and secured, they are just being used as useful idiots by unscrupulous politicians trying to whip up anti-immigrant hysteria. The main public policy immigration issue we have is around how hard it is to employ immigrant labor legally, not some sort of crime wave by undocumented immigrants.

The problem is the people forming these ‘militias’ are not rational people.

They don't need to be lawful citizens for these guys to be vulnerable to false imprisonment or kidnapping charges. Again, they also seem to be falsely identifying themselves as police/border patrol agents, which is also a crime.

These are some of the reasons why previous militia idiots who went down to the border wouldn't engage the migrants directly, they would alert border patrol who would then come. That's a much, much smarter way of doing things, one much less likely to land you in prison.

Passive resistance. You go and surround the asylum seekers and refuse to stop, film the whole thing. See if this 'well regulated militia' has the discipline to not use violence against a peaceful group ignoring their illegal commands.

Not only are the impersonating police and or federal agents, they are very likely trespassing. They are probably breaking a dozen laws. It is time for real law enforcement to do their jobs and stop these dangerous people.
