hah it looks like an RC car with some sort of gas loaded launcher built in.

Load it with C-4 and a proximity fuse and it can airburst at waist level.

Also, if sufficiently advanced, it can yell 'SUPRISE! BUTTSEKS! and rape your enemies with it's piston powered leg. Like an alien butt hugger.

That's the most practical application, but I was thinking a helicopter would be better. I'm drawing a blank at why something like this would be better than approaching the task by air.
