Absolutely she does. But she's also a teenager and you can generally expect them to do dumb things. Throw in the fact that she's a teen Disney singer and her doing something stupid becomes de rigeur. But for a grown, adult, producer to exploit that for his own self-promotion is beyond low.

If I ever saw pics like that of my 16-year old daughter posted by a grown man that I entrusted my daughter's care to, I'd be absolutely livid.

I love the outrage that people have when a girl under the age of 18 tries to act like a full grown woman. Honestly in my high school half the girls were pregnant by the time we graduated (most of them that got pregnant dropped out by then), heck one girl even had 2 kids already before she even hit 17 years old. The laws in this regard are just stupid and the age for statutory rape should be lowered. Many girls these days are already having sex at age 14. Miley is just a human and her hormones are going crazy, it's typical for a teenage girl, honestly I don't see what the big deal is here.
