Mild Shock

When My power supply is plugged in the whole case of my computer is charged. I have an Antec Smart Power 2.0 500W and a Lian Li case. The outside of the powersupply is shocking when removed from the case, is the PSU defective? If when I return it what should I get.

AMD 3800+
sapphire radeon x850xt
2 gigs ram
1 seagate HDD
1 DVD drive
1 wireless card
biostar t-force 550 MB

It could very possibley have a short...if you replace I might suggest either Enermax or Fortron.

Check your AC outlet with one of these:

Find them at hardware stores, Radio Shack, etc...under $10.

This is dangerous if not corrected.
