We believe this is another round of an attempted fraud scheme. This person previously used another name to send the same letter.

We have received another copy of this message. The complete header shows the source IP # as 4.33.15.25, which belongs to BBN Planet, which is owned by GTE/Verizon. I just phoned their abuse team. They ask that you FORWARD the letter to abuse@gte.net. You should also forward it to abuse@yahoo.com. Forwarding the email will preserve the original sender's IP address and other information in the original header so that gte and Yahoo may be able to trace it further.

A couple of years ago we went to the Ne state fair and at the gate we tried to sell 5 dollar bills for $3.99 guess what. NO takers.

LOL (on the post directly above). Hrm... The only thing that concerns me is the possibility that this person emailing you is going to contact MCI and claim the code they recieved didn't work. In other words the possibility of fraud...
