whose old head coach quit to take a lesser job as head coach of a college team? (Michigan)

and I wonder why he quit? didn't he take the 49'er to the Superbowl a couple of years ago?

yeah, the 49ers going 5-11 is probably worse than the browns going 3-13

AND the browns beat the 49ers. so that alone is reason enough to be fired.
