I loved MST3K back in my college days. This looks like it could be fun but I'll miss Crow and Servo. :(

This is going to be pretty bad without Crow and Servo...I love Mike, but the poor guy can't carry this on his own :(

i just wanted to point out...now that the tracks have been released, they really are quite awesome.
the team-ups rule, of course...but even just him is pretty great. its not hard to see why he was the head writer for so long.

First to say Joel > Mike! I'd still give this a chance even without the robots, I'm not getting my hopes up though.

The Plan Nine from Outer Space track is awesome, but the X-Men track is quite weak. X-Men didn't need riffing anyway - Wolverine makes fun of it all throughout the movie.

I'm sorry, but tMS3TK was never really as funny when Joel Hodgson left. He was after all the head writer and creator.

Actually, Mike was the head writer throughout the whole entire series.

I agree. It's fashionable to say that Joel and the show were better when he was on because he was the original. But Mike was doing a lot of the writing during the Joel years too and I think the actual movie cracks took a couple steps up once Mike was the front man. I loved all the episodes (have all but about 5) but I personally LOL a lot more to the movies from Mike years.

Glad to hear that Kevin Murphy (aka Tom Servo) and the second Crow (Bill Corbett) are on some of them too.
