I notice that at the time of this post, Mika's is holding on to over 13.8K rc5 blocks that it is waiting to flush. Is this normal?

Whatever it was, it seems to have cleared up.
It has 271 RC5 output blocks as of this post

Since we usually pump out around 600K blocks through Mika's, a jam of 13K isn't actually out of the norm. If the connection to the main Dnet pproxy fails for some reason, it may take the pproxy a little bit to get a new connection going. Usually, unless we're at at least 50K; it's nothing major.:)
