migration utility for moving data from netware to win2k?

Looking for something that would help me move data from a netware volume to a SAN that's being run by win2k. Primarily looking to keep file owners/permissions the same. Anyone seen something out there that will help me in this task? Thanks in advance.
 
Good luck. The username thing wouldn't be too bad (as long as either all the OUs are the same in NDS and in AD, or you just have a 'flat' namespace) but the permission inheritance is completely difference and some of the available rights are different.
