Migrating to Fiber - Looking for info

My equipment is:
(2) Linksys LGS326P POE switches with (2) SFP slots each
(1) Cisco WS-C3750G-12S-S SFP switch

(1) Dell R510 Server
(1) Dell T3620 PC

The R510 hosts a PLEX Media Server
The T3620 is used as an NVR for my 15 IP Security cameras

The POE switches are about 350' away from each other and require a lot of bandwidth to pass between them which is the reason I want to upgrade the CAT5e that tethers them now to OM3 MM fiber. While I am at it, I plan to upgrade the LAN cards in both the r510 and T3620 to fiber (SFP) cards as well and this is where I get a little confused. I am dealing with all SFP (1GB) and not SFP+ (10GB). I can not seem to find the right LAN cards that will be compatible with my two machines.

If I get a SFP+ card for the machines will it work with the switches that are only SFP? Just looking for some guidence and advice on which LAN/NIC cards to purchase.

Thanks,
Jimmie

You can move over to fiber if you want, but none of the switch equipment you have has 10Gb ports, only 1Gb. You would not end up any faster than you currently are. Most SFP+ NICs will also support regular SFPs (but not the other way around). Intel is always a solid choice for NICs, but there is a bunch of cheap gear to be had on eBay from Mellanox and the like. Depends on what sort of OS you need to use and what sort of support you expect.
