migrating saved passwords from ol windows user account to new one?

ok, i just made a new user account and is there any way to migrate my old saved passwords from my previous user-Admin account? second question is: how do i set my new home page in Internet Explorer w/o it reverting back to "http://www.microsoft.com/isapi...;pver=6&ar=msnhome" everytime? i have Lavasoft Ad-Watch installed but im not sure how to set it. Thanks
