Migrating NT4 Server to Small Business Server 2k (win2k server)...

My client has an NT4 server that serves as the domain of his small business. He recently enlisted me to help him migrate all of the information, which includes exchange, and traverse onto the windows 2000 server. What is the easiest way to do this. Is it possible to have them both on the same network, one being just a regular server, say, the small business server machine, transferring all of the information from the nt4 server that is needed and then promoting it to a domain controller?

I cannot answer your question...but since you made the mistake of posting in OT I will now hijack this thread with a question of my own:

What's the deal with external POP3 support in Exchange 2003? The official website said external POP3 access (sucking down mail from your ISP's account and propagating into an Exchange account) would be supported out of the box, though the trial I installed on one of our 2k3 domain servers doesn't come with any connectors. Will this be in the retail edition, or is this only packaged in Small Business Server 2003??

CoolTech, I know Microsoft's own TechNet has a lot of migration resources, and I believe what you're asking should be possible.
