Migrating Large Drive to Smaller RAID Drive

I have my Windows XP Pro system on a WD 120JB drive and have now gotten two Raptor 36 gug drives that I have configured as a RAID drive. Is there any way to copy/migrate the 120JB to the Raptor RAID? I have tried using Drive Image but I keep getting an error message that the destination drive is too small. I only have 36 gigs of space taken on the 120JB and I get this error message when I try to either copy the drive or restore an image. Is there another app that can do this?

I just want to avoid having to reinstall every thing.

RePartition the drive to 2-60 gig drives and your problem
should be solved.

Are you making a IMAGE FILE or doing a DISK-2-DISK?

An IMAGE file should automatically resize itself to the current drive.
