Hello, I recently got a new computer at work that has Outlook 2003 installed on it. My old computer (which I still have acccess to) has Outlook XP. How do I migrate EVERYTHING from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. This includes email accounts and settings, emails, contacts, calendars, folders, tasks, notes, calendars.
I've tried just copying over the Outlook.pst file, but it doesn't exactly work. I have access to my old data, but the email settings aren't there. And when I try to add the email accounts, they just don't work. Also, upon closing and restarting Outlook, I then get two instances of Personal Folders in my folder list. They are the same listing of identical items. One has the default personal folders icon, the other uses the icon for imported .pst files. It's all quite odd, and for the time being it's keeping me from transitioning to the new computer since I must continue to use my old pc for email. Please help. Thank you.
