Migrating existing VM to a single platform

Hi Guys

I need some help and advise on this.

I have been given a project to do and I would like some of your expert opinions.

Here is the project.
We rely heavy on virtualisation, and this means we have 10 server hosts all running different hypervisors.

3 are running, Hyper-V, 3 running VirtualBox, and the rest are running Xen.

The guests are a mixture of Linux and Windows machines.

The CTO has decided that XenServer will be the best platform for the future, and has asked me to assist with the migration of the existing VMs on to a single platform.

I need to produce a project plan on what I would need to consider and how I would execute such a move.

I would appreciate if anyone can give me some help and the right approach on this?

Thanks
