Migrating BF2 profile and settings to a different PC

I am going to get a new PC shortly and would like to know if it's possible to migrate my BF2 settings the easy way without going through the tedious set-up again. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Actually I'd suggest not copying the entire folder as it also contains custom shaders for that individual PC. The only file I copy over is My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\0001\Controls.con. The only other thing to custom set is audio and video and it doesn't hurt to manually go through that stuff again.
